As a traditional Chinese delicacy, century egg is also commonly known as pidan, preserved egg, thousand-year egg or hundred-year egg. Century egg is an alkaline food. Consuming alkaline food will not only improve our digestion, but also enhance immune system. Wong Shi Xiong, a renowned Chinese doctor from Qing dynasty recorded his observation in his book. "Century egg has an exceptionally strong taste. It helps to reduce heat from the body, release hangover and diarrhoea".
皮蛋,也称为松花蛋,外国人也称之为[直译] 千年蛋、百年蛋等等。皮蛋是碱性食物。适量食用碱性食物可帮助消化,还有提高免疫系统。适量食用皮蛋不仅安全,而且对身体有益。就此,清朝名医王士雄在其名作《随息居饮食谱》便提到 “皮蛋,味辛、涩敢、咸,能泻热、醒酒、去大肠火,治泻痢,能散能敛”。

Founded in 1988, Wasson Food-Tech has then expanded from a home-based business to a manufacture plant. In order to meet the increasing sales, we are also gradually replacing hand pack with a more convenient pillow pack for chicken century egg.
成立于1988年,华顺食品已从住家经营的小本生意发展至有规模的制作厂。方便的枕头包装也逐渐地取代手工包装,以应付增加的鸡皮蛋订单。未来,我们将持续保持产品品质佳,并开发更多的产品系列。
